Skin Care Breakfast Recipe: Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 c Whole Wheat flour
1 c Rye flour or another c. whole wheat flour
1 large egg
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 c mashed banana, or applesauce
Enough milk to make it pancake-batter-like

Mix dry ingredients. Add last 2 ingredients. Fry in a nonstick or Pam-sprayed pan. Fry until cooked through.

To add flavor, add cinnamon, nutmeg, or a half-cup of undercooked 7-grain cereal if you find them too bland.
